Any questions are welcome! I indulge myself in building muscles,abs, and cardio. Of course i keep reading issues about health.
Personally i have experieced diff. workout routines like free weight, circuit training, 3 days training,5 days training. And diff cardio ex.
I have tried diff. diet like paleto, ultra low carb and high carb, carb cycling, just protein day, just fruit day...etc.

Six abs is about commitment, determination,cardio,weight training, patience and knowledge.
